Congratulations to our workshop that has just completed an order of 108 sets pneumatic membrane actuators. These actuators will be used in Siberia, Russia, where the ambient temperature reaches -60 degrees in winter. Due to the very low ambient temperature, this is a very big challenge for our design and material selection. Fortunately, the solution provided by our technical department has passed the user's review. The material of this batch of actuator brackets is 20GL, the material of the membrane cover is SS304 stainless steel, and the material of the diaphragm is silicon rubber diaphragm.

SPECS have mature actuator solutions for working conditions where the ambient temperature reaches -40 or -60 degrees. We believe that our pneumatic membrane actuator products will be used more and more in the Siberia region of Russia in the future.
